Project Overview The "Behavioral Therapy Skills" project is a professional response to the growing need to develop the skills of practitioners and specialists in dealing with behavioral disorders according to modern scientific principles. Dr. Khaled Al-Kathiri presented this intensive training program with the aim of transferring applied knowledge and integrating global best practices in the field of behavior modification within the social and educational system of the Generations Forum Association in Morocco. 2. Strategic Objectives The program was designed to achieve a set of core objectives: Cognitive Empowerment: Establishing the fundamental concepts of behaviorism and its contemporary applications. Skills Acquisition: Training participants in behavior modification techniques such as reinforcement, modeling, extinction, and shaping behavior. Diagnosis and Assessment: Equipping trainees with pre- and post-assessment tools to accurately identify behavioral problems and develop appropriate treatment plans. 3. Main Training Topics The training program covered several important practical aspects, including: Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Strategies for dealing with impulsive and aggressive behaviors in children and adolescents. Methods for developing individualized plans and designing supportive environments for positive behavior. Family counseling skills to support the therapeutic process outside the institutional setting. 4. Training Methodology Dr. Khaled Al-Kathiri adopted a "learning by doing" methodology in implementing the project, which included: Interactive workshops: to translate theory into practical application. Case studies: analyzing real-life cases from the association's work environment and developing treatment plans for them. Simulation and role-playing: to train specialists on how to effectively manage therapy sessions. 5. Outcomes and Expected Impact The project concluded with tangible results that improved the quality of professional performance within the association: A significant increase in the efficiency of the association's specialized staff in dealing with complex behavioral cases. Development of a standardized behavioral measurement and assessment toolkit to be adopted across the association's centers. Enhancing the reputation of the Generations Forum Association as a scientific reference that provides therapeutic and behavioral services based on professional principles.
