The "Pioneers" program was offered to students at King Abdulaziz University. Its features and training content were meticulously designed by Dr. Khalid Al-Kathiri, who crafted each unit and module to meet the aspirations of the younger generation and develop their academic and leadership skills. The program culminated in remarkable results that were reflected in the participants' performance and knowledge levels, with its fruits becoming evident in student projects and community engagement. The program continued its successful journey for three consecutive years (2012–2013–2014), reflecting the university's and the public's confidence in its effectiveness and lasting impact.
