The program aimed to equip participants with modern tools and techniques that ensure maximum utilization of available resources while fostering an interactive and positive work environment. Main Program Themes The course content was designed to link self-efficacy with the ability to influence others, through two main themes: 1. Enhancing Productivity and Operational Efficiency: Prioritization Management: Training on the Eisenhower Matrix to distinguish between urgent and important tasks and minimize wasted time. Process Automation: Reviewing modern technologies that help university staff accelerate daily productivity. Achievement Mindset: How to set SMART goals and measure individual and institutional performance indicators. 2. Effective Communication and Influence Skills: Institutional Communication: Developing formal and effective communication skills within the university system (between departments and students). Emotional Intelligence: Understanding different personality types and how to handle professional challenges with flexibility and composure. Body Language and Persuasion: The art of presentation and conveying ideas clearly to ensure smooth teamwork. Training Methodology: The course adopted an active learning methodology that included: Practical workshops simulating real-life work situations within the university environment. Interactive exercises to enhance non-verbal communication and active listening skills. Gap analysis between each participant's current and target performance, and the development of a personal improvement plan. Expected Results and Outcomes: Adopting a "work smarter, not harder" culture to increase achievement rates across various university sectors. Reducing the intensity of professional conflicts by promoting dialogue and clear communication. Enhancing the university's image among stakeholders by providing fast and professional communication services.
